Το “The Fire Cannons” είναι ένα από τα non-missable Achievement/Trophies του UFO Robot Grendizer – The Feast of the Wolves και μπορείτε να το κερδίσετε κατά τη διάρκεια της τελευταίας αποστολής του παιχνιδιού, ακριβώς πριν το τελικό boss fight.

Στην αποστολή αυτή αναλαμβάνετε τον έλεγχο του Koji Kabuto, του θερμόαιμου συμμάχου του Daisuke Umon (Duke Fleed), και καλείστε να πιλοτάρετε τον ιπτάμενο δίσκο σας και να εξοντώσετε την “αεροπορία” των Vega.

Το έργο σας δεν είναι ιδιαίτερα δύσκολο, ειδικά αν έχετε εμπειρία στα vertical scrolling shoot’ em up, μιας και το σκάφος σας μπορεί να δεχθεί αρκετά χτυπήματα πριν πέσει, ενώ το “special shot” σας είναι ικανό να καταστρέψει μονομιάς ολόκληρα σμήνη διαστημοπλοίων ή να προκαλέσει τεράστια ζημιά στα bosses.

Και μιλώντας για bosses, στο τέλος της πίστας σας περιμένει το Daldal Saucer Beast. Παρακάτω μπορείτε να δείτε αναλυτικά ποια τακτική θα πρέπει να ακολουθήσετε για να το εξουδετερώσετε.

– Με το που δείτε το boss μείνετε ακίνητοι στο κάτω μέρος της οθόνης και πυροβολήστε συνεχώς με το R2/RT.

– Στο επόμενο στάδιο, το boss κατεβαίνει χαμηλότερα στην οθόνη και σας βάζει στο στόχαστρό του, οπότε χρησιμοποιήστε το dodge για να αποφύγετε τα πυρά του.

– Στην τρίτη φάση, το Daldal ανεβαίνει στην πάνω αριστερά πλευρά της οθόνης και σας επιτίθεται με μια ακτίνα λέιζερ, από την αριστερή προς τη δεξιά πλευρά. Κάντε dodge και μετακινηθείτε προς τα αριστερά, πυροβολώντας παράλληλα με το “special shot” (αν και εφόσον έχετε πυρομαχικά)

– Μόλις το boss τελειώσει την επίθεσή του, κατεβαίνει σιγά προς το κέντρο της οθόνης, και εξαπολύει δεκάδες σφαίρες κατά πάνω σας. Το dodge και εδώ είναι ο καλύτερος σύμμαχός σας. Συνεχίστε να αποφεύγετε τις επιθέσεις και λίγο πριν αυτές τελειώσουν συλλέξτε το power-up που εμφανίζεται. Το power-up αυτό αναπληρώνει το “special shot” σας

– Στο επόμενο στάδιο το μόνο που έχετε να κάνετε είναι να αδειάσετε και τους πέντε πυραύλους σας πάνω στο boss για να το καταστρέψετε και να κερδίσετε το “The Fire Cannons” Achievement/Trophy

In this guide we will show you how to defeat the Daldal Saucer Beast to earn “The Fire Cannons” Achievement/Trophy in UFO Robot Grendizer – The Feast of the Wolves.

“The Fire Cannons” is one of the non-missable Achievement/Trophies in UFO Robot Grendizer – The Feast of the Wolves and can be earned during the last mission of the game, right before the final boss fight.

In this mission you take control of Koji Kabuto, the hot-blooded ally of Daisuke Umon (Duke Fleed), and are called upon to pilot your flying saucer and take out the Vega “air force”.

Your task isn’t particularly difficult, especially if you have experience in vertical scrolling shoot ’em ups, as your craft can take several hits before falling, and your “special shot” is capable of destroying entire swarms of spaceships at once or causing massive damage to bosses.

And speaking of bosses, the Daldal Saucer Beast awaits you at the end of the stage. Below you can see in detail which tactics you’ll have to use to take it down.

– As soon as you see the boss stay still at the bottom of the screen and continuously shoot with R2/RT.

– In the next stage, the boss comes down lower on the screen and puts you in its sights, so use the dodge to dodge its fire.

– In the third phase, Daldal rises to the top left side of the screen and attacks you with a laser beam, from the left to the right side. Dodge and move to the left, firing alongside with the “special shot” (if and when you have ammo)

– Once the boss finishes its attack, it slowly descends towards the center of the screen, and unleashes dozens of bullets at you. Dodge is your best ally here too. Keep dodging the attacks, and just before they end collect the power-up that appears. This power-up replenishes your “special shot”

– In the next stage all you have to do is empty all five of your missiles onto the boss to destroy it and earn the “The Fire Cannons” Achievement/Trophy
