In this guide we will show you how to complete a Ronin Mission on the Midnight difficulty level to earn the “Midnight Crossing” Trophy Guide.

Rise of the Ronin has three difficulty levels, and a fourth one called “Midnight”, which is unlocked after you complete all three chapters of the story.

Through the “Testament of the Soul” mechanic, you can retry missions you’ve already completed and choose the “Midnight” difficulty level to earn better loot and access Masterwork weapons, which are only available in the endgame.

To earn the “Midnight Crossing” Trophy you must complete a Ronin Mission on the Midnight difficulty level, so use “Testament of the Soul” to retry the first Rise of the Ronin mission called “Veiled Edge Village”. This is essentially the easiest mission in the game, however you will need to have a character of at least Level 56 to get through it.

Once you complete the mission you will earn both the “Midnight Crossing” and the “Traveling Through Time” Trophy, if this is the first time “Testament of the Soul” has been used to retry a mission.
